fantastic central spot for exploring nearby attractions

I really enjoyed my stay for a night, especially given how attentive the breakfast attendant was in keeping everything stocked and orderly, making my mornings much better while being only about 4 km from the Tellus Science Museum and almost 5 km from the Booth Western Art Museum, both of which are great for walking and exploring the culture of Cartersville. however, the men’s room in the lobby area could definitely use a cleaner touch.

Exceptional staff demonstrated great hospitality.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed activities at Red Top Mountain State Park and had fun sports days at LakePoint. The hotel had a perfect backyard for our group activities. Just a heads up for future guests, the men's restroom in the lobby could use better cleaning.

The staff's customer service could use some improvement. The front desk was often unattended during the morning shift.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express exceeded expectations. The room was spotless and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable environment. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection, including freshly prepared omelets and a variety of pastries, providing a great start to the day. The location was ideal for my work commitments, conveniently situated near key business areas.

The pool was closed for refurbishment during my visit, which was disappointing for my downtime.

Decent Stay but Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our short stay, but noise from the highways affected our sleep quality. The room was clean yet dated. For families, proximity to dining options is a plus, though a quiet request at check-in didn’t result as expected. Consider earplugs for a restful night!

Don’t miss the breakfast spread here. it’s stackable goodness! Also, the backyard is perfect for chillin’ with friends after exploring Red Top Mountain.

However, the amenities could use a sprucing – the men's room was kinda grimy and sanitizers ran dry.

The suite was exceptionally clean and met all our needs during our stay for the tournament, with great amenities and friendly staff. The location was ideal, and the availability of washers and dryers was a convenient bonus. However, there were a few maintenance issues that detracted from our experience, such as insufficient towels and a slightly noisy air conditioner.
